MENU

A) Roast Prime Rib of Beef - Grilled and served with creamed horseradish and Au jus!

B) Champagne Chicken - Pearl onions in creamy champagne sauce.

C) Chef's choice of Vegetarian dish.

All entrees are served with mixed green salad with dressing, seasonal fruit salad, herb roasted new potatoes, wild rice pilaf, rolls and butter, coffee or iced tea.
